According to a report by “Izvestia“, the head coach of the Russian national team is close to signing a long-term contract with the Russian Basketball Federation (RBF). The new contract of the 52-year-old will end on October 2021.
“The contract with Bazarevich has already been agreed upon and will be signed in the near future”, iz.ru reports.
At the same time, Sergei Bazarevich will have the opportunity to train the club in parallel, and the RSE will reserve the right to withdraw from this contract, in case Russia doesn’t qualify for the 2020 Olympic Games.
