Miami Heat are looking through their options for the next season and could reportedly re-sign Dragic with a big one-year deal.

Miami Heat has big plans to reshape and reform its roster this offseason and could have significant cap space to help their efforts with free agents Goran Dragic, Derrick Jones Jr., and Jae Crowder.

The question lays on whether they can offer a considerable amount of their spendings to Dragic, who has a $19,217,900 salary on his expiring contract. Per Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, an associate of Dragic anticipates a large one-year offer from Miami this summer, close to this season’s $19 million salary.

However, with the NBA season still suspended, the salary cap could fall even lower than expected. All free agents in 2020, like Dragic, should expect lower wages compared with what they would normally receive. With that being said, a lower cap could allow the Heat to re-sign him to a new one-year deal.
