Marcus Smart has been cleared from the coronavirus COVID-19 a couple of days ago, he revealed via a post on Twitter on Sunday evening. The Boston Celtics guard joined Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell and Christian Wood as known NBA players that recovered.

“Corona free as of two days ago. Cleared by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health,” he noted, “Thanks for everyone’s thoughts and prayers. I’m doing the same for everyone that’s been affected by this. Stay safe and stay together-apart. Much love!”

The Oklahoma State alumni announced on March 19 that he had tested positive.

The NBA has requested that those recovered consider donating their plasma, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania. Through its “NBA Together” initiative is supporting the National COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma Project (CCPP19) and the ongoing effort to establish a potential treatment.
