TEKSUT Bandirma’s Sehmus Hazer and Anadolu Efes’ Yigitcan Saybir will declare for the 2020 NBA draft, according to Eurohoops sources.
Hazer, 21, emerged as a solid Basketball Champions League player with 9.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.5 steals per game. Domestically added 7.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per BSL contest.
Saybir, also 21, is going through his third season with Efes’ senior squad. This year averaged 4.9 points and 2.2 rebounds per Super Ligi match over 19 appearances. He also competed in one EuroLeague affair.
All competitions between the above youngsters have been paused due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 2019-20 NBA regular season is also suspended, while the draft originally scheduled for June 25 is likely to be postponed.
