Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic will be operated on his right wrist and miss the remainder of the season, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The Croatian forward is expected to return to action at the beginning of 2020-2021. According to the current estimations around the league regarding the start of the next season, that means around Christmas.

Bogdanovic chose to undergo surgery to secure a long-term protection following a persistent disturbance from an injury he had suffered in January, Wojnarowski also reported. Before the season was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, the player had 20.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game.
