The French community in the NBA just got one new member. Axel Toupane, finalist of the French ProA with Strasbourg, signed a deal with the Toronto Raptors.
Toupane’s contract is partially guaranteed and he will fight in the training camp for a spot in the final roster, after being part of the Raptors‘ summer league team. Still, even this deal is a big step forward for the 23 years old player who made last season his Euroleague debut.
