Free agent guard Raul Neto has agreed to a one-year deal with the Washington Wizards, according to Shams Charania.
Neto has been in the NBA since 2015 and spent four years with the Utah Jazz as well as the last season with the Philadelphia 76ers.
The 28-year-old Brazilian point guard averaged 5.1 points on 39% from deep, 1.8 assists, and 1.1 rebounds over 54 games (3 starts).
Before moving to the NBA, Neto had played in Spain for four years and he was one of the players who could’ve presented a crucial addition to a team in Europe had he not found a deal during free agency.
