Crvena Zvezda’s issues continue piling up when it comes to the coronavirus

Crvena Zvezda announced four COVID cases at the start of the month and then later announced additional positives without specifying the number.

Their game against Zalgiris was rescheduled and while the team was preparing for the Serbian Cup (February 11-14) and though they’ve got a roster made up, more bad news struck.

According to Mozzart Sport, the club registered another COVID-19 case among the 13 players that have been on the team for the tournament but it’s not known who exactly.

The same report also states that Corey Walden, Landry Nnoko, Langston Hall, and Quino Colom were among the previous positives while Johnny O’Bryant was training individually and wasn’t in contention for the roster spot.

Crvena Zvezda made an announcement stating that Duop Reath is also infected in addition to the above-mentioned four players as well as almost the whole staff has contracted the virus. A total of five players and five staff members.
