Damian Lillard has definitely made a name for himself in the NBA as one of the deadliest and clutches players, and he’s been demonstrating it this season as well, including the last couple of games.

After a 22-point performance in the win over the Warriors for which he took over in the final minutes, Lillard stepped up start-to-finish against the Sacramento Kings with 44 points.

As much as 15 of those came in the last quarter and seven straight under the three-minute mark were crucial in deciding the outcome.

It was ‘Dame Time’ but the starring point guard also got some help last night. Enes Kanter was impressive on the boards with 21 rebounds which he added to 22 points as his presence in the paint was undeniable.

Carmelo Anthony also continued with solid outings, scoring 16 points. On the other side, De’Aaron Fox scored 32 as he tried to give Sacramento a fighting chance in the end with some deep threes while Buddy Hield scored 21. Nemanja Bjelica had 12 points and nine boards.
