Giannis Antetokounmpo stole the spotlight with a strong double-double performance in Milwaukee’s win over Philadelphia

Three games were on the schedule in the most recent NBA action but despite that, there were a number of displays to enjoy including Giannis Antetokounmpo who stole the show.

The Greek Freak led the Bucks to a 118-109 road win against Philadelphia with 31 points, 16 rebounds, and four assists. Grayson Allen followed up with 21 and Bobby Portis with 19 points (plus ten boards).

For Philadelphia, which couldn’t count on Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey matched Giannis with 31 points while Georges Niang scored 21. Andre Drummond grabbed 20 rebounds in addition to his 17 points.

Meanwhile, Utah got the better of Atlanta with 110-98 on the scoreboard. Donovan Mitchell paved the way with 27 points while Bojan Bogdanovic had 18. Rudy Gobert logged nine points, 14 boards.

Kevin Huerter with 28 and Trae Young with 27 were the main scorers on Atlanta’s side. Clint Capela had 13 points, 12 rebounds. Bogdan Bogdanovic did not play.

Lastly, the Clippers prevailed over Portland, thanks to Paul George’s 24-9-7 stat line followed by Reggie Jackson’s 23 and Nicolas Batum’s 22 points. Isaiah Hartenstein scored 14 and Ivica Zubac 11 points.

For the Blazers, Damian Lillard scored 27 and Norman Powell 23 points. Jusuf Nurkic helped out with 15 points, 13 rebounds, six assists.
