With the holiday season upon us, Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic has decided to surprise 200 children, hospitalized in Ljubljana’s Pediatric Clinic, with lots of gifts.
“These children are going through very difficult times. I hope I can bring them at least a little joy in these very difficult times,” said Doncic to Siol.net.
Each kid received a signed photo of Luka Doncic with a message from the Mavs‘ superstar, a hoodie/t-shirt, and a gift voucher, with which they will be able to buy a treat for themselves when they exit the hospital. Doncic gifted toys to toddler patients, while teenager ones received also high-tech headphones, as Siol.net reports.

“If a world star like Luka Dončić surprises us and remembers us, this is a very beautiful day. I am really grateful to him for everything he did for us”, said Hana, a 10-year old patient of the clinic.
