After being named an All-Star Game starter due to the injury of Zion Williamson, Lauri Markkanen will also participate in the NBA 3-Point Contest at the All-Star Weekend in Salt Lake City.
As reported by Shams Charania, the Finnish superstar, who is averaging 24.9 points and 8.6 rebounds per game, shooting his career-high 41.3% from beyond the arc, will make his presence felt on Saturday.
The other rumored participants will be Jayson Tatum, Kevin Huerter, Tyler Herro, Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield, Damian Lillard, and Anfernee Simons.
