Goran Dragic played the best basketball in his career with the Miami Heat and he’d like to retire wearing the team’s jersey.
“I live here. My kids are here. If I’m looking to finish my career it would be no brainer to finish it in Miami,” Dragic said. “This is my home. I spent unbelievable seven years here. I love all the players and all the people in the front office. Coach O [Octavio De La Grana), coach Spo [Erik Spoelstra], coach Quinny [Chris Quinn]. Those guys gave me everything.”

During the NBA Bubble in 2020, Dragic registered a playoff career-highs 19.1 points, plus 4.4 assists and 4.1 rebounds as the Heat made the Finals for the first time since 2014.
