While the Detroit Pistons may look into trade options that would help them get some much-needed improvement, they won’t be willing to give someone like Bojan Bogdanovic unless they receive something of really high value in return.

According to Fred Katz of The Athletic, the Pistons would need a “large offer” to trade Bogdanovic, one of the leading scorers of the team this season. The Croatian veteran forward is averaging 17.7 points, 3.3 assists and 3.0 rebounds while shooting the ball with 47.5 percent from the field. He’s Detroit’s second-most prolific scorer behind Cade Cunningham (22.0 points per game).

Bogdanovic will be receiving $20 million for 2023-24 while the next season is non-guaranteed. The Pistons acquired him from the Utah Jazz on September 26, 2022, while sending Kelly Olynyk and Saben Lee to Salt Lake City.

As of Saturday (9/12), Detroit has the worst record in the NBA at 2-20. They have lost their last 18 games.
