The Minnesota Timberwolves superstar believes he’s better than both the Canadian and Slovenian stars

Interviewed by Stephen A. Smith, Anthony Edwards said that he put himself highest on the list with Luka Doncic and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

“I feel like I’m the better player”, the Minnesota Timberwolves superstar, who has been averaging 26.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 5.3 assists to lead his team 1st in the Western Conference, commented.

Luka Doncic, heavily rumored to run for the 2023-24 NBA MVP, is almost averaging a triple-double per game with 34.3 points (1st the whole league), 8.8 rebounds, and 9.6 assists (3rd in the whole league) per game. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, instead, is having 31.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 6.6 assists for OKC.

They all played in the 2023 FIBA World Cup, shining for their respective national teams. Anthony Edwards had 18.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game for Team USA.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander averaged 24.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 6.4 assists per game for 3rd-placed Canada, and Luka Doncic led the whole competition in scoring with 27.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per night.
