In the fourth NBA playoff game of his career, Franz Wagner produced 34 points and 13 rebounds as the Orlando Magic crushed the Cleveland Cavaliers 112 – 89 at home to tie the first-round series 2-2.

With the Magic down 60 – 51 at halftime, Wagner dropped 10 of his points during the first five minutes of the third period to lead a 37 – 10 charge for his team in the quarter. Yes, the German forward scored as many points then as the Cavaliers did in the entire period.

The Cavs were unable to recover and will now look to get the lead in the series in Cleveland Tuesday.

Wagner finished 13 out of 17 from the field while dishing out four assists and committing no turnovers during the 40 minutes he spent on the floor. His brother Moε had seven points off the bench.

“I’m not going to exaggerate here but it was one of the best games I’ve seen him play,” Moe said on Franz’s performance.

Jarrett Allen stood out from the Cavs with 21 points and nine rebounds.
