Neemias Queta will sign a four-year contract extension with the Boston Celtics, which will be worth $56 million.
This information was reported by NBA insider Shams Charania.
“Boston Celtics 7-footer Neemias Queta will sign a new four-year, $56 million extension with the franchise, his agent Bill Duffy of WME Basketball tells ESPN. Queta has established himself as a critical Celtics piece – from two-way contracts to averaging 10.2 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks as starting center.”
Neemias Queta initially played for the Sacramento Kings in the NBA until 2023, when he went to the Boston Celtics.
With the Celtics, he won the championship in 2024, and the previous season was by far the best of his career, averaging 10.2 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.
