David Jones-García will remain in the NBA after agreeing to a new two-way contract with the San Antonio Spurs, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
The Dominican forward had been linked with Olympiacos earlier this offseason, with reports claiming the EuroLeague champions had offered him a lucrative multi-year contract. However, as Eurohoops previously reported, Olympiacos denied making such an offer, despite their long-standing interest in the player.
Jones-García ultimately opted to continue his NBA journey after an impressive campaign between the Spurs and their G League affiliate, the Austin Spurs. He appeared in 11 NBA games during the 2025-26 season while dominating the G League, where he averaged 26.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.
