The new season has not started well for the Warriors, as it was recently announced that Kristaps Porzingis will miss the start due to a health-related matter.
At the time, it wasn’t revealed what Porzingis was facing, but now NBA insider Shams Charania has disclosed that Porzingis has POTS, an autoimmune condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.
“Golden State has started exploring trade routes for Kristaps Porzingis, who is now seriously contemplating his future in basketball as he deals with recurring symptoms from the autoimmune condition termed as POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome).”
According to Charania, Porzingis is contemplating his future in basketball, and Golden State is also considering their options, having already started exploring possible trade routes for the Latvian player.
