In the Wizards‘ 131-127 victory over pesky Phoenix the winners shot 53 free throws, the most in the NBA this season, and made 42 of them. No one benefited more than Croatian Bojan Bogdanovic, who set a franchise record for free throws made by going 16 of 16 and scoring in total 26 points. French Ian Mahinmi had a career-high seven steals along with 15 points and 9 rebounds, Polish Marcin Gortat got 6 points and 4 rebounds, while Czech Tomas Satoransky added one rebounds. For Phoenix, Ukrainian Alex Len had 8 points and 11 rebounds.

Seven Trail Blazers scored in double figures, and Portland overcame Westbrook’s career-high 58 points to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 126-121 on Tuesday night. Bosnian Jusuf Nurkic scored 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. For the losing side Lithuanian Domantas Sabonis had 8 points, Turk Enes Kanter added 11 and Alex Abrines scored 5.
