Lowry and the Raptors agreed to a three-year, $100 million deal, according to ESPN.

The point guard opted out of the final year of his contract with the Raptors in May. He had one year and $12 million remaining on the four-year, $48 million deal he signed in July 2014.

“My heart is telling me that this is the best city in the world, with the best basketball fans in the world,” Lowry wrote on Players Tribune. “It’s telling me that the Raptors can be a championship-level team, sooner than later.”
