Following the Memphis Grizzlies 95 – 92 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves, Monday, Marc Gasol said “fu…k it” on live TV. It’ll come with a cost.

The Spanish center was fined $15000 by the NBA for “using profane language during a live television interview,” per the related league announcement.

Gasol scored 21 points in the match, a crucial win for the Grizzlies that snapped a 11-game losing streak. During the post-game flash interview, he talked about how his team should recover from the struggles and the aftershock of coach David Fizdale’s firing, finishing by saying “Overall, we won, so fu…k it”.

“I don’t know, but I like it. Guys have taken more ownership of their mistakes and it’s starting to look more like us. Obviously, now we’ve got to put together more games, more wins, and guys need to get used to having a little more confidence with the ball in their hands and get used to playing together. Overall, we won, so fu…k it,” was Gasol’s comment.
