With Darussafaka achieving the major goal of winning the EuroCup and the ticket to next season’s EuroLeague, everyone is focused on the future of coach David Blatt.

And while he is a candidate for the coaching opening in New York, when he was asked to comment on the matter, he didn’t exclude everything.
To be exact, Blatt was asked after Monday’s night game of Darussafaka for the Turkish league on the matter. “I am answering NBA questions for the final time this season. My contract with Darussafaka is going to end at the end of this season. So I asked permission to talk with the clubs that want me. That doesn’t mean that I am going to leave the team. However, at the end of the season, it can happen if conditions are appropriate. My mind and my heart are in Darussafaka”, said Blatt.
