Incredible LeBron took the Cavs to the Eastern Conference semifinals with his 45 points!

The Cleveland Cavaliers made it to the Eastern Conference semifinals after taking the 105-101 over Indiana Pacers in Game 7 of the playoffs series.

LeBron James was all over the floor once again, finishing with an immense 45-point performance, that left no room for Pacers to win the series.

As far as Euro-scorers are concerned,  Bojan Bogdanovic went out with three points and two assists for the Indiana side, while Domantas Sabonis added 10 points and six rebounds.
