Despite coming off a game seven 48 hours ago, fatigue was not an issue for a hungry Celtics squad who got the 117-101 win in game one of the Eastern Conference semifinals.

The Celtics were on fire from beyond the three-point line hitting 17-of-36 while the Sixers just couldn’t get it going with 5-of-26 attempts. Terry Rozier led the Celtics in scoring with 29 points including 7-of-9 from downtown. Jayson Tatum and Al Horford were superb as well with 28 and 26 points respectively.

For the Sixers, Joel Embiid notched a big double-double with 31 points and 13 boards. Croatian forward Dario Saric added 12 points, Turk Ersan Ilyasova had six points and nine rebounds, while Italian Marco Belinelli scored 11 points.

Game two will take place on Thursday night.
