EuroLeague MVP and Eurobasket champion Luka Doncic is bringing more than just a European flavor in the NBA.
“I am excited to play with a legend like Dirk Nowitzki, the best ever European in the NBA”, said the young star in his first official interview and when he was asked about his number, he explained that he chose “77” because he couldn’t get his favorite “7”.
“I grew up watching a European player named Vasilis Spanoulis, that’s why I like to wear “7” when I am playing”, said Doncic.
