Fenerbahce assistant coach Erdem Can will join the staff of the Utah Jazz during the NBA Summer League after receiving an invitation from the team. It will be his fourth consecutive Summer League stint with the Jazz.
Can has been an assistant coach with Fenerbahce since head coach Zeljko Obradovic‘s arrival in 2013. With the Turkish powerhouse, Can has won the 2017 EuroLeague title plus numerous domestic trophies.
“First of all, it is my honor to be summoned to the NBA Summer League by Utah Jazz for the fourth time in a row”, Can said for Fenerbahce’s website. “This also shows the efficiency of the process we have with the club here. It will be an important experience for me. At the same time, it feels proud to represent both my country and my team.”
