Former EuroLeague swingman Brandon Paul has been released by the San Antonio Spurs, the club announced.

Paul, 27, spent three years in Europe before signing with the Spurs in 2017 following a stint in Turkey with Anadolu Efes. Given his experience in EuroLeague and major leagues like ACB and BSL, he joins the list of NBA free agents that could potentially play in Europe next season.

Per Spurs:

The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have waived guard Brandon Paul.

Paul, who was signed as a free agent on July 14, 2017, appeared in 64 games for the Spurs last season, averaging 2.3 points and 1.1 rebounds in 9.0 minutes.
