The training camps of the NBA are opening their doors in two weeks, however, Dallas coach Rick Carlisle is already excited about things to come.
Luka Doncic is already working out in Dallas and Carlisle is impressed.
“Off of what I’ve seen over the last two days,” Carlisle told Eddie Sefko of Dallas Morning News, “anybody who doesn’t jump on season tickets now is going to sorely regret it later, that’s all I’ll say.”
While this is not news for European fans, despite the fact that Doncic is the most decorated teenager ever in European basketball, he is relatively unknown to the average NBA fan.
After all, even his fellow rookies, don’t really expect much from him in the future. However, with Dirk Nowitzki expected to end his long career soon, it’s obvious that Dallas believes they have found his heir.
