The Houston Rockets overpowered the Golden State Warriors in overtime on Thursday. James Harden rallied the Texans finishing the NBA 2018-19 Regular Season match with 44 points, 15 assists and 10 rebounds. He notched his second triple-double of the week and fifth consecutive 40-point game, but the impressive stats themselves don’t tell the whole story.

The Beard forced overtime sinking a three-pointer and went on scoring a contested three 2.7 seconds to go in the extra time. He might have been fouled on his winning shot, but his effort was enough for his team’s sixth straight victory.

He might not even have needed to score his unbelievable three-pointer, if the referees saw Kevin Durant clearly out of bounds when he threw the ball back on the court before Stephen Curry put the home team ahead 23.1 seconds to go. Ultimately it didn’t matter, Harden was indeed unstoppable…
