An electrical fire near the locker room of the Memphis Grizzlies forced a move to the Memphis Tigers dressing area a few hours before the home game against the Charlotte Hornets. Trade speculation around Marc Gasol was just another issue for the 33-year-old Spaniard center on Wednesday.
Despite being questionable to play, Gasol (back) recorded his fifth career triple-double. He wasn’t enough for the win in the FedEx Forum, but posted 22 points, ten assists and 17 rebounds. Timing couldn’t be better as for him reminding interested teams how effective he is in the paint.
