In a game where two legends clashed, Dwyane Wade’s Miami Heat prevailed over Dirk Nowitzki’s Dallas Mavericks. Luka Doncic was flirting with a triple-double and Wade was impressed with the rookie’s game, especially with his ability to pass comparing him to former teammate LeBron James:
“Quote me right where I say this – it’s LeBron James-like from the standpoint of how he’s able to rope that pass to shooters in corners, getting blitzed. There’s not many guys who can do that and put it right there. He does an amazing job of it”, Wade said, per Tim Cato.
Doncic posted 18 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists against the Heat while his season average is 20.7 points, 7.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists in 55 games.
