In his last game as a teenager, Luka Doncic poured 26 points with 9/16 from the field including the clincher three-pointer for the Dallas Mavericks against the Indiana Pacers at the American Airlines Center. A few hours before his 20th birthday, Doncic hit the dagger in front of the opponents’ bench and look in that direction. After the NBA 2018-19 Regular Season contest he explained an assistant coach had been continuously talking trash.
Besides his game-high 26 points, the only NBA teenager with multiple triple-doubles grabbed ten rebounds and dished seven assists in 32 minutes on Wednesday. There was a negative side to his performance, because he turned the ball over seven times just a couple of days following his nine-turnover total on the road versus the Los Angeles Clippers.
