James Harden poured 58 points on Thursday. He was 16/32 from the field including eight three-pointers and added 18/18 free throws. He also posted 10 assists, 7 rebounds and 4 steals. His performance was needed for the Houston Rockets to rally back from a 21-point deficit and beat the Miami Heat at the Toyota Center.

Following the NBA 2018-19 Regular Season contest, the 29-year-old American said aggressive defense in the fourth quarter led to the “W”. “We had to pick the pressure up in the second half, create some turnovers and energy with our defense. We got stops” he mentioned.

Per Elias Sports, Harden tied Tiny Archibald (1972-73) and Russell Westbrook (2016-17) for the most 50-point, 10-assist games in a single season with his third. “I was very aggressive. It was a must-win for us. I took my shots when I had the opportunities, and not only myself. It was a total team effort tonight”.
