Pau Gasol has been out for about two weeks due to left ankle soreness, but is now expected to be sidelined for at least one more month according to ESPN’s Malika Andrews. This means he will miss the rest of the NBA 2018-19 Regular Season and will be questionable for the beginning of the playoffs.

The Bucks added the 38-year-old Spaniard center three weeks ago to gain some much-needed postseason experience to their squad. He’s already following the doctors recovery plan, but will likely be considered questionable for the entire first round of the playoffs.

The news caps off a bad week for the NBA leaders who also lost Nikola Mirotic and Malcolm Brogdon to injury. Giannis Antetokounmpo is facing a right ankle sprain, which doesn’t seem to endanger his playoffs availability.
