The Memphis Grizzlies finished the season with a 33-49 record but have already started making changes for the future. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Grizzlies fired coach J.B. Bickerstaff who had a 48-97 record since taking over and didn’t make the playoffs.

Also, the Grizzlies general manager Chris Wallace and vice president of basketball operations John Hollinger were demoted to a scouting and senior advisory roles.

Jason Wexler took on the president role, overseeing basketball and business operations. Zach Kleiman became the executive VP of basketball operations and will oversee the day-to-day operations.
