The NBA announced that Golden State Warriors investor Mark Stevens is banned from attending any games after his shoving move against Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry in Game 3 of the Finals.

NBA Executive Vice President, Communications Mike Bass issued the following statement on the matter:

“A team representative must be held to the highest possible standard and the conduct of Golden State Warriors investor Mark Stevens last night was beyond unacceptable and has no place in our league. As the review of this matter continues, Mr. Stevens will not be permitted to attend NBA games.”

Two minutes into the fourth quarter of the game, Lowry dived to save a loose ball and landed on the court seats in the process. As he was trying to stand up, a fan shoved him. The person, who was ejected from the arena, was later identified as Warriors investor Mark Stevens.
