Kawhi Leonard joined an elite group of players by winning the finals MVP honor after the series against Warriors.

Kawhi Leonard paced the Toronto Raptors to their first championship on Thursday, with 22 points, six rebounds and three assists to power a 114-110 win over the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 of The Finals. He was a key force throughout the series with an average of 28.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.2 steals and was rightfully named Finals MVP.

Leonard joins Abdul-Jabbar and James as the only players to earn Finals MVPs with two different franchises, while he becomes the first one to win it in both conferences (he was named Finals MVP with the 2014 Spurs).
