Dirk Nowitzki assembled his All Star team for a charity football (soccer) game. His side lost 7-5 to Mick Schumacher’s team. The match played at Germany on Sunday raised 100,000 euros, which will benefit Michael Schumacher and the “Keep Fighting Foundation”, the “The Dirk Nowitzki Foundation” as well.

Nowitzki, 41, has come to expect videos going viral every time he steps on a football field and not for any good reasons. However, he is steadily improving lately. On this occasion his performance was highlighted by an attempt during a penalty kick challenge that actually hit the crossbar. He also took on goalkeeping responsibilities during the charity game.

Maxi Kleber was among the known athletes that took part in the contest. The whole bunch of players of the other sports had a lot of fun on the field showcasing their soccer abilities and offering many goals to the fans watching.
