The Houston Rockets reached an agreement with Eric Gordon for a four-year contract extension, reports The Houston Chronicle. The deal is approximately worth 75.6 million dollars and combined with his current contract will bring about 90 million dollars to the Indiana alum until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.

However, the final year of his new contract is not guaranteed, according to ESPN. The report states that it will become fully guaranteed if Gordon makes an All-Star team or the Rockets win an NBA championship.

The explosive guard is coming off a strong showing in the 2018-19 season. He averaged 16.2 points with 40.9% from the field, 2.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists per regular season match, added 17.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per playoffs contest.
