Miami Heat has reached a long-term contract with head coach Erik Spoelstra to keep him with the organization, as reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The two sides discussed an extension with only one season left on his current deal and an agreement has now been reached.
Spoelstra now enters his 12th season with the team, with a successful route so far that led to the NBA championship twice, as well as four trips to the NBA finals.
