The NBA announced that Oklahoma City Thunder guard Dennis Schroder was fined 25,00 for making contact with a referee during Friday’s game of his team vs. the Charlotte Hornets. The German guard made an “intentional contact” according to the league’s announcement.

Per NBA:

“…Schroder has been fined 25,000 for intentionally making contact with a game official, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.

The incident, for which Schroder received a technical foul, occurred with 1:20 remaining in the third quarter of the Thunder‘s 104 – 102 overtime win against the Charlotte Hornets on December 27 at Spectrum Center”
