LSU coming up for Michigan and Franz Wagner

Michigan rolled Texas Southern, 82-66, on Saturday progressing to the second round of the NCAA tournament held in Indiana. German guard Franz Wagner logged six early points and ended up with nine to go along with nine rebounds and six assists. Moritz Wagner’s younger brother and the Wolverines will take on LSU in a battle for a spot in the Sweet 16.

Further European March Madness participation in Serbian Balsa Koprivica and Swiss Anthony Polite combining for 25 points as Florida State went by UNC Greensboro, 64-54. On the losing end, Dutch Bas Leyte pulled down five rebounds.

Colorado featuring German Tristan da Silva advanced off the 96-73 victory versus Georgetown. The freshman forward recorded one rebound and one assist.

Spanish forward Robinson Idehen finished his season with three points and seven rebounds as UC Santa Barbara went down, 63-62, to Creighton.
