Red Star’s defense did the trick against Zlatibor.

Crvena Zvezda beat Zlatibor 74 – 56 in its first game in the 2021 Serbian League playoffs. The newly-crowned ABA League champions began the game with a 21-3 run and never looked back afterward.

Aleksa Radanov had 12 points to lead a balanced Zvezda offense. Ognjen Dobric finished with 10 points, Dejan Davidovac had eight points plus eight rebounds, Landry Nnoko posted eight points plus six boards and Aleksa Uskokovic scored eight and dished out six assists for Red Star that was without guards Jordan Loyd and Corey Walden.

Nemanja Protic (11 points) and Dusan Kutlesic (10 points) scored in double figures for Zlatibor.
