Emmanuel Mudiay came close to his career-high as Zalgiris Kaunas survived Dzukija on the road 105-100 in double overtime to grab its second victory of the season in the Lithuanian LKL.
The newly arrived guard posted 32 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the Kaunas side which had a hard time on the road, yet managed to rise to the occasion in crunch time.
Josh Nebo added 16 points, 7 rebounds for the winners, while Lukas Lekavicius and Paulius Jankunas both tapped 11 points.
Dzukija’s Justas Furmanavicius and Joshua Newkirk caused trouble to Zalgiris‘ defense, scoring 26 and 25 points respectively.
