Vasilije Micic put on a throwback shooting clinic to lead Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv past Maccabi Rapyd Tel Aviv in the local derby, finishing with a 105-87 victory in Round 4 of the 2026–27 Winner League Regular Season on Sunday.
The 32-year-old Serbian guard controlled the offense and put up a season-high 31 points. He could not be stopped from deep, punishing the defense by burying 9 of his 13 three-point shots. He also went 4-for-4 from the free-throw line, dished out five assists, and pulled down two rebounds in 29 minutes for the ream coached by Dimitris Itoudis.
Micic simply outpaced Maccabi‘s perimeter defense, helping Hapoel build an early lead and pull away at Menora Mivtachim Arena. Antonio Blakeney added 18 points and Tai Odiase chipped in 17 to keep the pressure on. On the wrong end, Yam Madar netted 18 points, with Roman Sorkin at 15 and Bonzie Colson at 14.
