Bosnian Edin Atic, French Isiai Cordinier, Finish Lauri Markkanen, Lithuanian Martynas Varnas and Greek Kostas Antetokounmpo are the five European players which are included in the World Team of the upcoming Nike Summer Hoop Summit.
Atic, Cordinier and Varnas are all shooting guards, while Markkanen and Antetokounmpo who is currently playing in highschool level in the States are forward. Varnas is a member of the Zalgiris Kaunas junior team, while Cordinier and Markkanen are playing for their local teams, Denain in France and HBA-Marsky in Finland.
Antetokounmpo is the 13th player called in the roster and it’s unclear at this point if he will be part of the game.
