For one more time the Hapoel Jerusalem superstar has serious complaints from the officiating in the Israeli League.

Amare Stoudemire wasn’t exactly happy after getting ejected during the 62 – 55 loss of Hapoel Jerusalem by Hapoel Eilat for the Israeli Winner League.

“I’m watching this Israeli official!!. I have witnessed the worst officiating in the world of basketball”, the former NBA-er wrote in his Instagram profile accompanying his words with a picture of a lion. Does he see himself as the king of the jungle and the referees as his… prey?

“Way to discourage other top players from coming to play in Israel”, he added.

Stoudemire received his second technical foul with 1:39 left in the third quarter while his team down by 10, 51 – 41. He finished with 7 points and 3 rebounds.

Tonight’s result marked the third consecutive defeat for his team. Coach Simone Pianigiani’s squad lost to Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Israeli Cup final, then to Maccabi Haifa and tonight (22/1) vs Hapoel Eilat for the championship.

This is not the first time that the superstar of Hapoel Jerusalem expresses his disagreement with the referees of the Israeli League in a.. colorful manner. After disliking a call in the match vs Maccabi Ashdod, he went as far as questioning a referee’s eyesight by handing him his goggles.

I’m watching this Israeli official !! I have witness the worst officiating in the world of basketball. I’m speaking about the Israeli officials only. I hope the head of officials take at this game. They need to sit a review, look at replays in slow motion to see how bad this really is. @winnerleague @JerusalemPost @_winner_league. Unbelievable !! Way to discourage other top player to come play in Israel. Good Job ?
