Partizan fined for fans’ behavior in game vs. Red Star

The reactions of some Partizan fans in the last game of the season, brings a fine to the club.

Partizan Belgrade was sanctioned with a fine of 120,000 dinars (around 1000 euros) for “rude behavior of the spectators” during the loss in Game 2 of the Serbian League semifinals against defending champion Crvena Zvezda.

Serbian league Director Leon Deleon imposed the fine due to Partizan fans throwing on the court small items, one glass bottle, and a platinum chair, per Sportska Centrala.

Crvena Zvezda had also been sanctioned with 84,000 (around 711 euros) for their fans’ behavior in Game 1 of the series.

Red Star won the series 2-0 and advanced to the Finals for the third season in a row.
