After signing Malcolm Delaney, the Chinese team Guangdong Southern Tigers also acquired Sonny Weems, the club announced.
Weems will arrive as a replacement for Randolph Morris with whom the club decided to part ways because of ongoing wrist problems.
The 32-year-old forward played in China last season as he averaged 31.7 points, eight rebounds and 5.9 assists with Zhejiang Golden Bulls before joining Anadolu Efes. He played six EuroLeague games with Efes averaging 15.5 points.
